5. Insurance:

- Full tour as prescribed by insurance 20,000,000 VND/case

6. Spring water:

- Drinking water + Cold towel in the car 1 bottle/person/day

SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE CODE

1. Meals outside the program, phone calls, laundry, other personal expenses.

2. Soft drinks + beer in all meals.

3. 10% VAT

CONDITIONS OF DEPOSIT, REFUND, CANCELLATION

Below is the penalty for tour cancellation according to the company's regulations. We will flexibly handle each specific case as we can.

Ø Party A: Service buyer.

Ø Party B: Service provider.

Ø Deposit after closing the service: 50% of the total tour value (transfer the deposit around 12 hours maximum after the two parties have agreed on the price and service to ensure the service is reserved).

Conditions for tour cancellation of SERVICE PROVIDER (Party B):

Ø Cancellation after booking: Forfeit the deposit, airfare if exported, excluding the cost of changing the name if it is changed to someone else's name.

Ø Cancellation 15 days before departure date: Cancellation fee of 70% of tour price (including non-refundable fee if any)

Ø Cancellation 5-10 days before departure date: 100% cancellation fee (including non-refundable fee if any)

Note: Whichever comes first, we will apply.

Other specified conditions:

Ø Party B commits to the same service quality as the announced program.

Ø Party B organizes for party A (party A's guest) according to the announced schedule. The order of attractions may change, depending on the actual conditions, but still ensure enough destinations in the program.

Ø Party B buys insurance for Party A (party A's guests) according to the schedule.

Ø Due to the nature of the group, if the group has 10 or more guests, we will organize the departure according to the announced schedule. If the group does not have enough 10 guests, Party B will arrange a new departure date, Party B will refund the deposit to Party A (party A's guests) 05 days before departure. If Party A cannot arrange a new time, Party B will refund the deposit to Party A.

Ø If Party B does not organize the delegation to go at the scheduled time due to force majeure causes such as: Natural disasters (storms, floods ...), war, ... Party B will arrange a new departure date, all development expenses the two parties mutually agree.

Note:

Ø The schedule may change depending on weather conditions, train time, car, disease and will make a suitable arrangement for you, we will notify you if there are any objective changes. but always ensure the same schedule and service quality and with the consent of the customer.

Ø When you agree to transfer the deposit, you agree to our agreements on deposit, refund and cancellation conditions in the program, which is considered an attached contract annex.
