• Tickets to visit one of the tourist attractions in the program: Fansipan cable car ticket is not included.

• 3 star hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter

• 2-star hotel or homestay Sapa

• 01 night stay on 5 star cruise ship Ha Long.

4. Food and drinks:

• Breakfast according to hotel standards.

• The corresponding standard meals: 150,000 - 170,000 VND/person.

5. Tour guide:

• Professional, fun, enthusiastic, guide throughout the journey.

6. Insurance:

• Full tour as prescribed by insurance: 120,000,000 VND/case

7. Water:

• 500ml/day

8. Gifts:

• Travelling cap

NOT INCLUDED SERVICE:

1. Meals outside the program, phone calls, laundry, other personal expenses.

2. Soft drinks + Beer in all meals.

3. Tickets and expenses are not included in the program.

4. Extra surcharge for checked baggage

CONDITIONS OF DEPOSIT, REFUND, CANCELLATION

Below is the penalty for tour cancellation according to the company's regulations.  We will flexibly handle each specific case as we can.

 Party A: Service Buyer

 Party B: Service provider:

 Deposit after closing the service: 70% of the total tour value: Transfer the deposit round up to 12 hours after the two parties have agreed on the price and service to ensure the quality of the service and the price does not change.

Penalty when canceling tour:

Cancellation after booking: 50% cancellation fee of total tour price + airfare if ticket is issued.

Cancellation 15 days before departure date: cancellation fee of 70% of total tour price + airfare if ticket has been issued.

Cancellation from 10 days before departure date: cancellation fee of 80% of total tour price + airfare if ticket has been issued.

Cancellation within 5 days before departure date: 100% cancellation fee

Note: Whichever comes first, we will apply.

Other specified conditions:

Party B commits to the same service quality as in the announced program.

Party B organizes party A (or party A's guests) to go according to the announced schedule.  The order of attractions may change, depending on the actual conditions, but still ensure enough destinations in the program.

Party B buys insurance for Party A (or party A's guests) according to the schedule.

Due to the nature of the group, if the group has 10 or more guests, we will organize the departure according to the announced schedule.  If the group does not have enough 10 guests, party B will arrange a new departure date and notify party A (or party A's guests) 5 days before departure.  If Party A cannot arrange a new time, Party B will refund the deposit to Party A.

If Party B does not organize the delegation to go at the scheduled time due to force majeure causes such as natural disasters, storms, floods, wars....  Party B will arrange a new departure date, all costs incurred shall be agreed upon by both parties
